Beautiful purple kitchen ideas

Purple is a colour with a rich history: the colour of emperors and kings. As a main colour in a kitchen it brings instant luxury, even decadence, while as a light touch accent colour it can make the space feel lively and energetic. Here are some purple kitchen ideas to inspire you…

Combining shades of purple

The Houghton kitchen is a symphony of purples, combining cabinets in our Bramble and Lavender Fields colours to decadent effect. The brass splashback, brass taps and stunning lantern pendant lights complete the sumptuous look.

Purple as a kitchen accent colour

In the Albert Bridge kitchen, wall cabinets in our deep Bramble purple provide a bold accent colour - a striking contrast with the soft pinks, light timber colours and the white surfaces.

Purple as a base colour in the kitchen

The Harpley kitchen uses a rich purple for the walls. It's stunningly effective with the open shelving, and the deep colour brings out the harmonious lighter purples and pinks in the tile splashback and island - a symphony of colour.

Purple kitchen cabinets

This is a beautiful use of purple in a glazed cabinet. With the brass handles and carefully curated glassware and crockery, the cabinet combines functionality with a real sense of luxury.

Our purple paint colours are inspired by the North Norfolk landscape and fauna, including the deep, rich, earthy Bramble and the lighter tones of Lavender Fields

Questions & Answers

1

Do you fit?

We are just as happy to fit, or simply supply the kitchen for your contractors to take it from there. Many of our clients are undergoing wider renovation projects, so using the contractor or a local carpenter or fitter can often be the most cost-effective option.

We are now also offering a fitting service in Greater London and the surrounding area, so please enquire with your designer as part of your design consultation and we'd be happy to help!

2

Do you come on site to measure?

A final site measure is all part of the fitting service, but if you would like us to come and do a final measure if your contractors are fitting, that's no problem. Depending on the complexity of the space and the travel distance from either London or Norfolk, the site measure starts from £250. All we ask is that your room is ready for us!

3

Where can I see one of your kitchens?

We'd love for you to visit us at either our London showrooms at Bloomsbury or Chelsea or our head office in Norfolk .

4

Do you supply appliances?

Absolutely. We work directly with lots of fantastic partners, such as Neff, Miele, Bora, Gaggenau, Siemens & Quooker, among many others. Find out more on our appliances page
